As a Doula, I work closely with you to ensure you have a birth that makes you feel like it was the most amazing, powerful and beautiful event in your life, wherever and however it unfolds.
Antenatal sessions cover all you need to know to be able to make informed choices and to be able to plan your birth preferences.
Having confidence in your choices and feeling heard and respected, will make the difference in how you feel about your birth, even if it unfolds differently to how you imagined.
I provide continuous care through labour, never leaving your side and I support your partner to participate at their comfort level too. I guide you both; caring for your practical and emotional needs.
